Users must provide accurate information and ensure the porta potties are used properly and not damaged.

All fees for services are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. See your agreement for full terms.

We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of our services or failure to comply with these terms.

You agree to indemnify Seaside porta potty rentals against claims arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate. Disputes will be resolved in state courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
